Brad is wanted for questioning in the disappearance of Michael Winslow. Brad was an avid fan of the funny sound man since he first saw him in the origional police academy movie. Brad spent most of his childhood trying to make funny sounds, but found it hard with his small white boy lips. Police fear that Brad may try removing Mr. Winslow' s lips so that he can graft them on to his own face. If you see him, do not try to take him down yourself.
